JOB DESCRIPTION
The Janitor is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of the EGS Hygiene, Inc.’s standard of professionalism and excellence by proper inspection, identification, application, evaluation and communication. Also, working with the client to ensure we follow through on our commitment of maintaining cleanliness in the properties we are servicing. He/She must be able to work long hours and work shifting schedule, which may include work during holidays. This Position must be willing to take on additional responsibilities, as deemed necessary by Top Management to hone skills required of the job. The Janitor reports directly to the Coordinator and works closely with the Janitors from his/her team. He/She must be willing to support indirect Coordinators from Operations and work alongside Janitors from other teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide quality service to further enhance our business relationship with the clients.
- Updates daily to Coordinator regarding itinerary schedule and any cleanliness related issues.
- Attends immediately to any problem or complaints of clients, or client’s customers.
- Maintain constant good working relationship with all the client’s personnel for maintaining cleanliness in a property.
- Properly accomplish daily service/work reports for assigned properties.
- Understands and follow the Discipline Policy and Table of Offenses & Penalties.
- Ensure that the EGS Hygiene, Inc.’s standard is applied for each client (Checklist, routine schedule, chemical dilution rate, etc.)
- Resolve customer issues and problems from beginning to end.
- Pass internal quality assurance audits for each property
- Pass external quality assurance audits for each property
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,910.81 per month
Supplemental pay types:
