As our new Product Owner, you’ll join a team of ambitious product owners, each working together in cross-functional teams with specialists like data scientists, UX’ers, and developers. The team’s main focus is to make sure that we are building the right things for the organisation by discovering and solving the right problems, and that our customers have the best possible buying experience. In other words, the team contributes to creating smooth experiences for our customers.
The job
- Drive product discovery and develop OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps in a modern product organisation
- Build overall timelines and track progress
- Assess business impact of features and prioritise accordingly
- Continuous refinement of the work ahead
- Gather data and insight to help guide stakeholders and facilitate discussions towards the right solutions
- Plan and drive execution for 1-2 agile teams with a tech lead.
Your profile
- Experience in developing OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps
- Strong in assessing trade-offs between customer experience, time-to-market and operational costs
- Technical understanding and ability to drive an agile process
- Capable of managing different stakeholders
- Structured and disciplined approach with strong analytical skills
- Strong in one or more disciplines within digital product, such as ux, e-commerce, project management, tech, or advanced analytics.
