About the role
As Intern (f/m/d) in the Product Management team, you'll help to deliver product solutions by working closely with the product management throughout the discovery and development process as well as engaging with other cross-functional stakeholders across the business to drive the products forward. If you are interested in learning the ins and outs of product management, developing amazing SaaS products and if you have a passion for the coffee industry, then come and join us! This is a part-time role for 20-25 hours per week and is limited to a 6-months duration. The preferred location for this role is Vienna.
What you'll do
- Perform market research to learn more about customer needs; that can include gathering information about customer preferences and why they choose certain products
- Assist in the development of our strategy by tracking competitors, understanding the current coffee market trend and participating in customer interviews
- Actively support the complete product development process, from ideation to launch and assurance of its ongoing success post-launch
- Work closely with agile product scrum teams and participate in daily stand-ups
- Support refining and planning to deliver product features, while prioritizing capabilities and product backlog in accordance with the business goals
We are looking for someone with
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Management, Economics or Computer Science
- Critical thinking skills and the drive to learn and adapt to new technologies and a new industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a hands-on mentality
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas
That said, we’d be particularly delighted to hire someone with
- Prior relevant experience in Product Management
- And knowledge of the coffee industry would be a strong plus
What you can expect
The salary range for this position is € 30k to 35k gross/year on a fulltime basis and we look at factors like your experience and individual qualifications to determine our offer, which includes benefits like the possibility to work from home, flexible working hours and an endless stream of really great coffee.
