YOUR CHALLENGE
- Lead customer projects and manage a team of about 6 consultants
- Understand strategic and technical goals of our clients, break them down into separate work packages and create individual fitted solutions
- Develop strategies for the implementation and integration of cybersecurity concepts in organizations and specific development projects with your team
- Be a role model for your employees and lead them through your excellent knowledge about cybersecurity and continuously improve the skills of your team members
- Support the CEO and Partners to drive the success of our company
- Collaborate closely with all teams on specific consulting opportunities and continuous improvements in processes and roadmap
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent qualification
- More than 6 years of working experience in the automotive industry
- Professional experience in handling the UNECE WP.29, ISO/SAE 21434 or IEC 62443 in context of embedded systems development
- Experience in applying methods like TARA or vulnerability analysis
- Very good project management and team leadership skills
- Good moderation and communication skills
- Experience in systems engineering and is a plus
- Business fluent in English as well as German is mandatory
